About Me

My journey with myofascial release began where yours might be right now: frustration, exhaustion, and a body that wouldn’t cooperate no matter how hard I tried.

That experience led me to a modality that changed everything. One that doesn’t force the body, but listens to it. My training is rooted in John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®, and my sessions are guided by experience, intuition, and deep respect for the stories the body carries.

This treatment isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about working together to gently restore balance, mobility, and ease. I bring not only training and technique, but patience, presence, and a deep respect for the healing process.

As a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience and a Licensed Massage Therapist I have a life-long passion for helping people. Your body is trying to tell you something. Pain is not the enemy. It's a message.

How does MFR help so many conditions?

Myofascial release (MFR) therapy targets an often overlooked part of your body—the fascial system. Fascia is a connective tissue that touches, surrounds, and interacts with every part of your body, essentially linking you from head to toe. When restrictions and tightness occur in anywhere in the fascial system (body), movement is limited and pressure is put on sensitive structures, causing pain or discomfort.

These restrictions can stem from physical trauma, emotional stress, inflammation, or past surgeries. Unlike traditional tests (MRI, X-ray, or CT scans) fascial restrictions cannot be easily detected, meaning your doctor might not be able identify the root cause of your pain.

In MFR therapy, we take a holistic approach, addressing fascial restrictions across your entire body. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, aiming to alleviate symptoms while addressing underlying causes.
